Effingham’s all-new VA Medical Center serves as a multipurpose facility with 10,600 sf VA Outpatient Clinic, as well as 7800 sf for leased retail & multi-use space. The project completed by Grunloh Construction in 2014, included Exam Rooms, Behavioral Medicin Offices, Education, Treatment, and Lab Rooms, a Womens Health Clinic, and Staff Offices.
