Carle on Curtis

Carle on Curtis was a $20 million major expansion and renovation of Carle’s existing medical clinic on Champaign’s growing south side. In addition to a 30,000 sf renovation of existing space, a 70,000 Steel Frame & Concrete addition including an expanded full basement for a total of 3 levels. The project also included over 40,000 sf of new concrete paving.
