The Fifth Third Bank building was a $1.4 million project that relocated their Effingham, IL branch to an all-new Full Service Branch following the sale of their previous location. The new branch features wood-framed & concrete construction, with Cast Stone & EIFS Exterior, as well as a 2000 sf drive-thru canopy.
They delivered a very beautiful building on time and on budget. They were very professional in dealing with the various vendors, subcontractors, construction managers, and owners. They have been quick to respond to any issues after construction, and their follow up has been excellent.
