Anticipated January 2025 Start Date
Tasks:
- Prepare bid forms for Estimator to use
- Review Bond requirements and request from carrier
- Request and manage job specific insurance documents
- Send and track Bid Invitations
- Submit bids on time
- Set up jobs in our system (Procore and Sage 300 CRE)
- Send and track contracts to subcontractors and suppliers
- Print and copy plans and specs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, emphasis on Microsoft Office, Procore
- Ability to work under pressure
- Minimal IT experience is a plus
- Minimal payroll/accounting experience is a plus
Previous Experience:
- Prior work in an office environment is preferred
