Contract Administrator

Anticipated January 2025 Start Date

Tasks:

  • Prepare bid forms for Estimator to use
  • Review Bond requirements and request from carrier
  • Request and manage job specific insurance documents
  • Send and track Bid Invitations
  • Submit bids on time
  • Set up jobs in our system (Procore and Sage 300 CRE)
  • Send and track contracts to subcontractors and suppliers
  • Print and copy plans and specs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, emphasis on Microsoft Office, Procore
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Minimal IT experience is a plus
  • Minimal payroll/accounting experience is a plus

Previous Experience:

  • Prior work in an office environment is preferred
